1. The customer publishes a tender announcement on SmartTender.
2. Interested suppliers read the terms of the auction and apply for participation.
3. An auction takes place, during which all participants make their price bids – they indicate the amount for which they are ready to sell a product or service.
4. The customer chooses the winner among the participants and signs an agreement with them.

Depending on the requests of the company, the customer can add other stages to this algorithm (for example, a presentation of a marketing strategy or a visit to the site to calculate an estimate).
